Our meats are available for sale weekly at the Pakatakan Farmers' Market in Holcottsville, NY from mid-May through mid-October. The farm is also open for sales two days each month. The dates are announced on our homepage, and through our email newsletter. If these dates and times do not work with your schedule, feel free to schedule an appointment by calling 518.234.2105, or writing to us at sapbush(at)midtel.net.
Please remember that Sap Bush Hollow Farm is our home, it is not a typical "store." While we would love to accomodate everybody's busy schedules, we cannot be open all hours. Please try to arrange to come to purchase your meats on one of our sale days (they are listed on our home page and under "events"). If you are unable to make the pre-scheduled day, you may call for an appointment. Please let us know if you will be unable to make the appointment.

DIRECTIONS
We're located just south of Cobleskill, about 50 minutes west of Albany.
Take Interstate 88 to EXIT 21 (Cobleskill - Warnerville). From the exit ramp, turn right to the junction with NYS Route 7.
Turn RIGHT onto Rt. 7 (east) and proceed about 3/4 mile to a Blinking Yellow Light.
Turn RIGHT onto Co. Route 4 (West Fulton Road). At this point, set your trip odometer to zero or note your mileage; we are exactly 6.4 miles from the yellow light, but it seems longer the first time!
Go up and over the hill, twisting down the other side. Just before the farm, you will pass Heathen Creek Road on your right, then 2 little bungalow camps on your right, one under renovation, one bright blue. Sap Bush Hollow Farm is immediately on your LEFT. There's a green wooden sign with a red chicken on the woven fence.
